What are the delivery costs?

Due to their value, delivery will always be Royal Mail special delivery next day before 1pm. The delivery costs will be confirmed with the quote.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes deliveries can be arranged for outside the UK, contact us for more information.

My order has not arrived yet?

Each order is delivered via Royal Mail special delivery therefore they can be tracked using the tracking number provided.

Can you commission any other items?

Yes absolutely, most items can be stoned. Should you have something in particular you wanted customising please contact us.

What is the timescale for each commission?

Each commission is bespoke and tailored to your requirements therefore the timescale will be confirmed with your quote. As a guide each commission typically takes between 7 to 21 days.

Can I supply my own pair of shoes? 

As each commission is personal to you, you can certainly supply your own pair of shoes should you have a favourite pair of shoes you would like us to work on.

How can I pay?

Payments will need to be received before any of the shoes are commissioned. All payments can be made safely and securely via PayPal where all major credit cards are accepted. Banks transfers are also accepted contact us for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of payments being received as long as the expected timescale to receive your order is over 7 days.

What is the returns policy?

As each pair of shoes is custom designed, there is a no returns policy. However if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your shoes please get in touch and we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is the recommended aftercare?

Each pair of shoes is designed with the greatest care using a very strong adhesive however they are intended for occasional wear and not everyday use. If through general wear and tear the crystals become lose, this does not warrant a refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility, if the client does not treat their item with care. Should you need to repair or replace any stones we offer a repair service, contact us for more information and costs.
